Student gets MPhil seat in IIT-Bombay

Jammu, July 11

Vimarsh Padha, a student of School of Economics, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, has been selected for the MPhil programme in planning and policy, department of humanities and Social sciences, IIT. Bombay. Padha graduated in five-year integrated MSc (Economics) from the university with a specialisation in the monetary economics.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
