Arts and Crafts at Quetta

A VERY successful exhibition of arts and crafts took place in the Regimental Institute at Quetta on the 16th. All the exhibits were the work of soldiers, and a high average of skill.



A VERY successful exhibition of arts and crafts took place in the Regimental Institute at Quetta on the 16th. All the exhibits were the work of soldiers, and a high average of skill. Among the exhibits may be mentioned wood carving, modelling (including working models of aeroplanes of different kinds, bridges, &c.), needle-work and woodwork in great variety, photography, painting and drawing. An excellent model of a seaplane exhibited has been acquired by the Quetta Museum.
