NEW DELHI, July 3 (UNI)—Bihar is likely to be brought under President’s rule for a period of two months from tomorrow. The Internal Affairs Committee of the Cabinet today accepted the report of Governor Nityanand Kanungo for Central take-over of the State Administration for a short period. The State Legislature will be kept in a state of suspended animation. The Presidential Proclamation will be issued tomorrow after the Union Cabinet takes a formal decision in the morning. The Cabinet Committee visualised Central Administration of Bihar of only two months. It is, however, gathered that the proclamation will not mention this period. Normally, such a Proclamation is valid for six months, subject to extension for a maximum period of three years.
