It was a surprise for all the Manchester United footballers when their lifelong fan and Game of Thrones’ actor Kit Harington paid a surprise visit at the Old Trafford Stadium. Kit aka Jon Snow went to the stadium to watch his favourite team play against Liverpool. The pictures of his visit were shared by many Manchester United players on their official social media handles. Even though the match was a draw, the excitement was high.

Meanwhile, in an interaction with the football club’s channel MUTV, Kit refrained from letting out any spoilers of the upcoming season, which will mark the end of the super-popular show. “It’s going to be great and fantastic. I hope that it changes the landscape of television because the amount of money involved in it is huge and I just hope people don’t get disappointed by it,” he said. Kit Harington plays the role of Jon Snow — the King of North — in the Game of Thrones, and will return as the character in the eighth and the final season of the hit period-drama, which will air its first episode on April 14 this year.
