Three youths killed as car falls into gorge

Mandi, February 26

Three youths were killed while three others sustained injuries when the car they were travelling in fell into a deep gorge at Prashar, near here, last evening. 

While Rakesh Kumar of Badidhar village and Bheem Singh of Manglaba village in Mandi district,  died on the spot, Naresh Kumar of Nalsar succumbed to his injuries at the PGIMER, Chandigarh.  The injured are natives of Mandi district. A case has been registered. 

Delhi woman dies

Kullu: A newly wed woman from New Delhi, identified as Rinky (31), was killed while her husband, Harsh, sustained injuries when their rented motorcycle (HP-58-9910) met with an accident at Kutwai, near Naggar village, in Manali subdivision on Sunday.  

The couple got married two months ago and was here on vacation. — OC
