Nurpur, October 17
A police team, led by SHO Mohan Lal Bhatia, today nabbed two persons Akshya Kumar of Talara (Fatehpur) and Surjeet Kumar of Khazan (Nurpur) and seized 6.07 gram heroin and 65 proxivon spasmo capsules from them.
According to the DSP, the police had set up a police naka at Khazan on the Nurpur-Sadwan link road and stopped an Innova.
The vehicle was coming from Nurpur. After search, heroin was recovered from them. The DSP said a case under the NDPS Act had been registered against them.— OC
