Doon Public School lift volleyball title

Dehradun, November 7
Doon Public School, Bhaniawala, beat The Presidency International School in straight sets 25-11, 25-19 and 26-24 to lift the DDCSA Senior Boys’ Volleyball Championship here today.
More than 120 players from 10 schools participated in the tournament.
PS Kalra, principal of Guru Nanak Academy (GNA) and president, DDCSA, appreciated the game played by students and complimented the coaches. He thanked the heads of the participating schools for sending their respective teams.
Kalra gave away prizes to the winners and runners-up teams. Minnie Kalra gave the individual trophies to the players.
Over 100 spectators, GNA staff members and students witnessed the final match at the GNA grounds. Guru Nanak Academy has been hosting this tournament for the past 14 years.
