Varun, Alia finalised for Shuddhi

After much speculation, there’s finally confirmation that filmmaker-turned-actor Karan Johar has roped in his Student Of The Year stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt for his ambitious project Shuddhi. Earlier, Salman Khan signed on the dotted lines to play the lead role in Shuddhi with his leading lady was still undecided. But Khan also opted out of the venture. Karan took to social media to confirm the news that Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt have been finalised for the film.
