Affordable housing initiative in Pune

Pune-based Maple Group has  launched its Maharashtra Housing Day initiative to fulfill the demand for affordable housing in the state. The group  will offer home seekers 1 BHK flats for Rs 5 lakh (excluding government levies). Under the aegis of its marque brand Aapla Ghar, Maple Group will provide smart 1 BHK homes ranging from 281 – 302 sq ft in Pune.  A total of 10,000 such flats will be built over a period of three years starting from 1st May 2016. These  flats will be spread across 10 locations in Pune, including Chakan Talegaon,        Moshi Annex, Wagholi Annex- Shirswadi, Sanaswadi, Ranjangaon, Wai, Shirwal, Urali Kanchan, Kondhwa Annex- Bhopgaon and Paud New

Commenting on the launch Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, Maple Group said,“The registration process will start from  April 16 and would continue till  April 25. We expect a huge response to the tune of 40,000 - 50,000 bookings and hence the lucky ones who will make it to the 10,000 club will be given a letter of acceptance on May 1, 2016.”   

 After receiving the letter of acceptance the home seeker will have to pay down payment of Rs 50,000 only. Maple Group has tied up with Bank of Maharahtra as its banking partner for this project and the “eligible” customers can apply for home loan. The EMI (equated monthly instalment) will be Rs 5000 for a period of 10  years.
