Anshul Jain at Cushman & Wakefield

Property consultant Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Anshul Jain as Managing Director for India, with effect from July 1, 2016.

Jain will replace Sanjay Dutt and will report to Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive for Asia Pacific, Stuart Roberts, the company said in a statement earlier this week.

Based in National Capital Region (NCR), Jain will be in-charge of leading the India business and will work closely with the 

leadership team in leveraging its existing successful platform and building on the continued growth momentum of Cushman & Wakefield's business across the region.

Jain has over 20 years of experience in the industry and prior to his appointment at Cushman & Wakefield, he was the chief executive at DTZ India.

Raka Khashu Razdan at CBRE 

Global real estate consultancy CBRE has announced appointment of Raka Khashu Razdan as Head of Marketing and Communications for its India market.

In her new role, Raka will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing and communications strategy to achieve business objectives. Her portfolio will include innovative brand-building initiatives with special focus on demand generation to accelerate revenue growth for the organisation, CBRE said in a statement.

Raka has previously worked with several blue-chip corporates, including Metlife and AMD and also had a prior stint with CBRE. She is also the visiting faculty for marketing at some of India's leading management institutes.
