Bhoomi pujan ceremony was held at Maya Garden’s green project — Avenue — in Zirakpur last week. The project is located on the Chandigarh-Delhi Highway at Zirakpur near Maya Garden City and will have 270 apartments of varying layouts from I BHK to 5 BHK. The buildings shall be constructed with concrete blocks rather than bricks to maintain temperature in extremely cold and hot weather. Speaking on the occasion, Amit Mittal, MD, Maya Garden group, said this green project will also include a well-designed commercial block of 50 showrooms and will be delivered within three years. — TNS
