Realty portal Magicbricks.com will offer up to 20 per cent discount on its platform for the sale of at least 100 flats through invitations in Bengaluru.
Real estate developers such as Brigade, Sterling, Unishire, Siroya, and Puravankara are participating in this online sale.
In a statement, the portal said it has launched an exclusive ‘Insider Club’ and is inviting property seekers in Bengaluru to be part of this. The registration fee has been kept at Rs 25,000.
“The Insider Club has only 100 invites to be given to serious property seekers following the registration. Selected home buyers with an invite will receive entry to this unique Insider Club as well as best property price deals – up to 20 per cent less than the market price,” it added. The deals offered under this platform will come with a ‘lowest-price guarantee’.
“In the current market context, we found pricing to be a barrier to transactions. To solve this, we have launched Insider Club which offers market-beating pricing to its customers, thereby facilitating the process for more transactions to occur,” Magicbricks.com CEO Sudhir Pai said.
Cement demand set to grow
Demand for cement is likely to grow by 4-6 per cent in the next financial year, compared to 3 per cent growth estimated this fiscal, on account of government spending in the construction and infrastructure segment, says a report. Cement demand grew by 5.6 per cent in the last fiscal, according to India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra). The estimate by the agency for the current fiscal has been revised from the earlier projection of 6.5-8 per cent. However, the ratings agency said it does not expect any significant revival in housing demand in rural or urban areas.
