Essence in Mumbai

Mumbai-based Parinee Group, will be launching an Uber-luxury residential project as part of its milestone and heritage called 'Essence' in Kandivali (West). The project will offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK units. Giving information about the new project Vipul Shah (M.D, Parinee Group) said, “Keeping in mind that luxury homes go beyond the conventional club houses and modern interiors and fittings, our residential tower aims at providing grander standards of living via sustainable and new-age technologies like digital locks and electronic surveillance combined with premium amenities for all age-groups ranging from children to senior citizens. Our offering is set to be an example by pushing the boundaries of vibrant and exemplary living in the world of real-estate.” The price being offered by the builder for this project is Rs 9,000 per sq ft and the project is likely to be completed by December, 2018. 

Eternia in Pune

K Raheja Corp  announced its newest luxury residential offering at Raheja Vista Premiere Pune christened ‘Eternia’. Launching its multi-media campaign pegged on the acronym ++ Living, the month-long campaign which has just launched, will focus on the Pune market with compelling executions across print, outdoor, radio and digital. Sobha City in Delhi-NCR

Sobha Limited launch its first luxury apartment project, Sobha City in Delhi-NCRearlier this week. The project is one of the largest group housing projects located in Sector 108, Gurgaon. 

Spread over 39 acres, Sobha City comprises 1700 apartments across 22 towers with four units on each floor. The project offers 2BHK and 3BHK apartments that range from 1380 sq. ft. to 2342 sq. ft. 

Embassy Group to co-develop SEZ in Chennai

Embassy Group has emerged as the exclusive co-developer for setting up a 30-acre special economic zone to come up in Chennai. The project, a 30-acre SEZ property, on Thoraipakkam Pallavaram Radial Road in Chennai would be known as “Embassy Splendid TechZone”, it said.

The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by 2019.
