Gurgaon-based real estate developer group Central Park has launched Central Park-Flower Valley - a premium integrated township at the South of Gurgaon, Sohna, recently. It will be a complete township just minutes away from Golf Course Extension Road and other landmarks destinations. Commenting on the launch, the Managing Director, Central Park, Amarjit Bakshi's said "Central Park Flower Valley will be a unique concept, just like Central Park Resorts. Flower Valley will be a city where the whole city will congregate and converge to socialize and live a 360 degree complete life."

It will have 200-1,000 sq yd plots, independent floors of 1093 sq ft and 1230 sq ft. area, villas and single and double suites on offer for buyers. According to company spokesperson plans are afoot to bring in senior living and other such concept living asset classes.

Coral Ridge in Ghaziabad

KDP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., has launched its new premium luxury project “Coral Ridge” near Raj Nagar Extension in Ghaziabad, in close vicinity of the upcoming International Cricket stadium. This project would see an investment of Rs250 crore for its development which would be undertaken in phases.

The 5.5-acre project will be a combination of different verticals and offer an amalgamation of the perfect business spot, a full-fledged shopping destination and a family hangout. A five star world class luxury hotel would be the centre piece of the project.

Service apartments namely “KDP Suits” would also be the part of the project.

Speaking at the occasion, Anuj Goel, Executive Director, KDP Infrastructure, said, “The project is strategically located to cater to the ever increasing demand of our target customers. We have tried to build a perfect destination for all business and entertainment needs.”

PRIMO in Mumbai

Ceear Realty that already has projects in Bengaluru will foray into Mumbai market with its residential project PRIMO. The project is located off LBS Marg, Bhandup, near Goregaon- Mulund link road. PRIMO, considered as a ‘right-fit home’ for the modern-day homebuyers will be designed by Hafeez Contractor and will have 2 basements + 1 stilt + 4 podiums + common amenity deck + 15 residential floors with the first apartment starting from the 7th floor. The unit configuration is of 1 and 2 BHK only priced at Rs10,000 per sq ft.

The project is also proposed to be silver-rated under green building certification. Each house will be provided with modular kitchen and built-in air conditioners in bedrooms. The project is likely to be completed by June, 2019.

Skypolis in Mumbai

Realty player Ekta World, has launched its ultra-luxury tower, 'Skypolis' at Ekta Tripolis in the heart of the western suburbs of Mumbai in Goregaon West. Ekta Tripolis is spread across 3 acres of podium space and offers 2 & 3 BHK apartments. The project also boasts of aesthetically designed sky lounge, tea room, mini amphitheatre, clubhouse, Jacuzzi, reflexology, yoga room, swimming pool and spa. According to Ashok Mohanani, Chairman & MD, Ekta World, “Skypolis will be an ultra-modern and youthful offering that will bring world class super luxury residences to the people of Mumbai”. The apartments will cost Rs13,500 per sq ft to buyers and the possessions are likely to be handed over by December, 2018.
