Grand Iva in Gurgaon

Signature Global group  launched ‘Grand Iva’ on Dwarka Expressway in Sector 103, Gurgaon recently. Grand Iva is company's fourth project under Haryana Government’s ‘Affordable Housing Policy 2013’ and offers a total of 1,472 units comprising 1BHK and 2BHK. The price range starts from Rs 14.37 lakh for 1 BHK and Rs 23.86 lakh for 2 BHK units. The company expects to complete the project in 48 months. The project also consists a commercial retail complex ‘Signum 103’ a high street retail market offering low maintenance open air shop spaces starting from Rs 25 lakh onwards. Similar to company’s earlier projects, units at the new project are available for sale through online subscription of forms. According to a company spokesperson in the last three projects i.e. Solera in Sec 107, Synera in Sec 81 and Andour Heights in Sec 71 in Gurgaon, the company received over 15,000 applications. 

Speaking on the occasion Pradeep Aggarwal, Co-founder & Chairman, Signature Global Group, said , “Affordability being its prime feature, the project offers as excellent infrastructure and connectivity to both Gurgaon and New Delhi. We have started construction at all these sites.”
