Officer’s enclave in Gurgaon

Supertech Limited launched a special housing scheme for serving and retired government employees earlier this week. The new project called Officer's Enclave will come up in Sector 2, South Of Gurgaon (Sohna), Gurgaon. The price of 2 & 3 BHK apartments and 3BHK independent floors is between Rs 33 lakh and Rs 46.61 lakh. This affordable group housing project is a part of 140-acre integrated township, Supertech Hill Town. It will have around 1000 units of various categories -  2BHK (958 sq. ft.) and 3 BHK (1345 sq. ft.) apartments in the high rise buildings and 3 BHK independent floors (1375 sq. ft.).

Supertech is the first real estate developer in Gurgaon to come with up with a special housing scheme for government officials. The allotment of the units will be done on first-cum-first-served basis. Interested buyers can apply till February 7.  

Speaking on the occasion Mohit Arora, Managing Director, Supertech Limited said, "Supertech has always launched its projects after analyzing the demand of a particular market. Noida, a few years back had a great demand for affordable housing. Seeing this demand, we had successfully launched a series of affordable housing projects in Noida Extension. South Of Gurgaon, too, has a huge potential for affordable housing which is untapped so far. Studying this need for affordable prices, we have come up with a scheme priced below the market rates, which has not been offered so far. The price of the project is designed keeping in mind the purchasing power of the government officials".

Studio apartments in Kasauli

Aamoksh One Eighty Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., an international brand offering retirement resorts in India, has launched studio apartments targeted especially for single people in Kasauli. The studio apartments are meant for people in the age group of 55 and above. These apartments comprise elderly friendly features like senior friendly gym, emergency call buttons, activity rooms and especially designed health and wellness programmes.  Each apartment will have a carpet area of 507 sq. ft. and will be semi-furnished. Speaking on the occasion Sanjay Lakhotia, Founder & Director - Aamoksh One Eighty, said,”Singles living alone find maintaining a large flat a tedious task. With single population increasing every year in India, they need family and community support, thus, keeping this in mind, Aamoksh is endeavoring to cater to this section with specialised services" The cost will be approximately Rs 34 lakh and the units will ready by 2017.

Easy in Homes in Sohna

Tulsiani Constructions and Developers Pvt. Ltd. (TCDL) has announced the launch of their new project 'Easy In Homes'. The project will come up on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. And will be an affordable housing project with 1BHK (Carpet area + Balcony) in 425 sq ft and 2 BHK units in 586 sq ft (Carpet area + Balcony). Cost of 1 BHK units start from Rs 12, 68,000 and cost of 2BHK units from Rs. 18, 60,000 onwards. The Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway is just 15 minutes drive from Easy In Homes and it is in close proximity to Damadama Lake as well as Westin Sohna Resort. Huda City Center Metro Station is 20 minutes drive and IGI Airport is just 30 minutes drive away from the project. The township is spread over approx 5 acres. 

Godrej Properties to develop project in Thane

Godrej Properties Ltd has tied up with Vihang group for development of a housing project on a 15-acre land in Thane, Mumbai. Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, informed the BSE that the company has added a new project to its portfolio located off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. The company has “entered into a development agreement with Mr Pratap Sarnaiks’ Vihang Group for a land parcel measuring approximately 15 acres.” Godrej Properties would be developing a housing project with a development potential in excess of 1 million sq ft.

The company’s strategy is to partner land owners for the development of the project. “We are happy to add a new project in Thane, which is a very important and large micro market within Mumbai. This is in line with our strategy of building our development portfolio across the country's leading real estate markets. We will do our best to deliver an outstanding project,” Godrej Properties Managing Director & CEO Pirojsha Godrej said.
