ATS Golf Meadows was recognised as the Best Township Project of India and ATS One Hamlet won the Premium Apartment Project of the year — North award, while SARE Homes was given the 'Best Emerging Developer' across India at the recently held NDTV Property Awards. The awards were presented by Babul Supriyo, Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing.

The awards honoured and acknowledged excellence in Indian real estate and recognised real estate leaders. Project completed

Morpheus Group announced the successful completion of its residential project 'Morpheus Greens' located at Sector 78 Noida, last week. Customers were handed over the keys by bollywood actor Akshay Kumar at an event organised by the developer. Speaking on the occasion Prithvi Raj Kasana, MD, Morpheus Group said "After years of thorough dedication and hardwork, I am pleased to announce that we have successfully completed Morpheus Greens". Already approximately over 330 units have been booked in the project. The project was launched in 2011 with a launch price of Rs 2,550 per sq. ft. and is at Rs 4, 850 per sq. ft. at present. Home insurance solution

Real estate portal IndiaProperty.com will provide access to buying Home Insurance solutions on its site to its customers. The service is being offered by Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company.

The product to be offered is ‘Home Protect’ (property insurance), which is an exclusive property insurance solution that will provide protection to the house during the course of construction and also covers the house for up to 10 years post completion. Major perils covered under this policy are fire, flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, accidental damages, terrorism and structural defects.

Speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Vasudevan, CEO IndiaProperty.com said, “One of the biggest concerns of a home buyer while purchasing a property is the security of the investment.
