NCR-based developer group Saya Homes launched Saya Gold Avenue residential project in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, recently. The project comprises 2/3/4 BHK units in varied sizes ranging from 1,060 sq. ft.(98.476 sq. mtr.) - 2,485 sq. ft.(230.862 sq. mtr.) to be built across 5.25 acres. The project will have a total of 1,620 units in eight towers. The project offers a current BSP of Rs 4,295 per sq. ft. and the company plans to deliver it by December, 2018. The new project is located along NH 24 with Metro station, hospitals in close proximity. It is just 10 km from Anand Vihar Railway Station and 30 km from IGI Airport.
Ashiana Anmol at Sohna
Ashiana Housing launched a state-of-the-art residential project Ashiana Anmol at Sohna. Located in Sector-33, the Ashiana Anmol project is spread over 13.33 acres, and will be built as G+14 buildings. Speaking on the occasion Col. Shantanu Haldule, Vice-President of Ashiana Housing Ltd said, " The project will have 780 2BHK and 3BHK apartments ranging from 1200 to 2000 sq t in size". Sohna is well connected through a six-lane wide Sohna Road, close to the golf course extension road, NH-8, Gurgaon & NCR through metro line and also, there is a proposed plan to construct a 2 km elevated road between Vatika city and Badshahpur market, making the approach even smoother and signal free. The units will cost Rs69.9 lakh and the project will be completed in three years.
