DD Jain College of Education celebrated World Art Day on its campus. Various activities related to art and craft were organised on this occasion. Students participated in various activities such as mural paintings, nameplates with African art style, designer candles, articles like modern figures, animals from the best out of the Waste Category, tile paintings with blend of floral and modern canvas art, etc. An exhibition of the work was organised in the Art and Craft Resource Centre. Principal Vijay Laxmi and Artist Lalita inaugurated the function. Dr Vijay Laxmi congratulated all the budding artists for showing their creativity and potential..

Trip to Wonderland 

Students of Bajaj College had an outing-day during a one-day trip to Wonderland, Jalandhar. The students enjoyed various thrilling adventure-rides, and activities such as  'the infinity room', 'horror house', boating, dance and water-games in the amusement and waterpark situated on the outskirts of the city. The motive of the trip was to release the stress among students, as they gear up for their semester-end examinations in May.

Registered NSS unit 

The NSS Unit of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management was registered under the NSS Department of Panjab University, Chandigarh. The NSS Unit was working under the guidance of Prof Meenu Goyal and Prof Jai Parkash, NSS Programme Officer and NSS Core Team volunteers Hetna, Takkar, Himanshu Garg, Jashan Grewal, Shagun Bharti, Simran Pandher, Tanusha Arora, Chahat Kapoor, Abheeti, Simran Pandher, Anish Bansal and Ashu Bansal. The College has declared Hetna Takkar and Himanshu Garg as the best NSS volunteers for their wholehearted and sincere involvement in various social work such as blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, visits to old age homes, visit to orphanages.
