Sydney: An Australian sheep that entered the Guinness World Records after being found with an enormously overgrown fleece has died, its carers announced. Chris the merino sheep made global headlines after being found wandering alone outside Australia's capital Canberra with masses of wool sagging from its frame in 2015. A champion shearer was brought in to shave off the fleece, a life-saving intervention for the sheep. AFP

Trump accused of flashing 'middle finger' at astronaut

Washington: US President Donald Trump has found himself at the centre of a fierce controversy after he was seen scratching his forehead with his middle finger when a female NASA astronaut corrected him during a video call to the International Space Station. During a video call to US astronauts Jessica Meir and her colleague Christina Koch who were on the International Space Station, Trump congratulated them for being the first two female astronauts to walk in space.
