Arjunveer scores 136 in St Stephen’s victory

Arjunveer Singh scored 136 runs as the hosts, St Stephen’s Cricket Academy, Sector 45, defeated Dashmesh Cricket Academy, Zirakpur, by 98 runs during the final of the Hot Weather Cricket Tournament at the Sector 45 ground.

Batting first, the hosts posted 280 runs with the help of Arjunveer (136 off 84 balls), while Piyush Rajak (37) and Aditya (35) also contributed. In reply, the Zirakpur team was bundled out at 182 runs with contributions from Aakrasht Singh (36), Karan Gill (35), Tanveer Singh (35) and K Lamba (33).
