Asia Cup 2025: Ad rates skyrocket to ‘Rs 16 lakh for 10 seconds’ with electrifying India-Pakistan clash

With the highly anticipated Asia Cup 2025 around the corner, broadcasters are setting aggressive advertising rates, driven largely by the soaring demand for slots during India-Pakistan matches.

Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), which holds exclusive media rights for the tournament until 2031, has pegged TV ad rates for India’s matches at a staggering Rs 14 lakh to Rs 16 lakh per 10 seconds, according to The Economic Times.

The event will be broadcast on Sony Sports Network and streamed on SonyLIV.

Media industry experts estimate that individual sponsorship deals are valued between Rs 10 crore and Rs 20 crore, underlining the tournament’s strong commercial appeal.
