Alumni meet at Bathinda's Baba Farid College

An alumni meet was organised at Baba Farid College (BFC), Bathinda, where alumni of various courses such as BBA, BCom, BSc ATHM, BA, MCom, MSc (geography), MA (English, Punjabi, history, political science, economics) and BCom (professional) arrived in large numbers to attend the meet.

During the meet, former students shared their experiences and memories of the college life and greatly appreciated the contribution of the college in the development of their personality because of which they are successful in their respective endeavours in the present lives.

On the occasion, fun games were also arranged for students. In addition, alumni showcased their skills in various activities. There were some performances, games and modelling round for alumni’s as well.

Gurmeet Dhaliwal (BBA) bagged the title of Ms Alumni-2020 and Harjinder (BBA) bagged the title of Mr Alumni-2020. Apart from this, the title of Mr Handsome-2020 was given to Arjunpal (BA) and the title of Ms Charming-2020 was given to Sukhdeep Kaur (BBA), while Gaurav (BBA) bagged the title of best performer.

Dr Pardeep Kaura, principal, BFC, shared his life experiences with the alumni students and also guided and motivated them to continue their studies at the highest levels. Kaura said he was delighted to meet the old students of Baba Farid College. In his speech, he gave information about various achievements and future plans of the BFC.
