Annual day of school celebrated with zest & zeal

The annual prize distribution function was celebrated with great fervour at Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School (SHPS) here on Sunday.

The programme started with recitation of shabad by students followed by a welcome address by chairman HS Sandhu.

The event was dedicated to 550th birth anniversary of the tenth Sikh guru. Thereafter, students delivered performances in various cultural activities including singing and dancing.

The gatka performance by the students mesmerised the audience.

Later, students who had achieved excellence in sports, academics and other areas were awarded during the prize distribution ceremony on the occasion.
