Tailor shot over water cooler in Rama Mandi
Bathinda, June 14
A 22-year-old tailor was shot dead in broad daylight by his neighbour shopkeeper over a water cooler in Rama Mandi on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Gurpreet Singh of Sekho village, who suffered two bullet injuries, while his brother Harpreet Singh was also critically hurt.
As per information, both the shopkeepers had been at loggerhead for sometime.
The accused Satish Kumar, who owns a grocery store, took out a pistol and fired indiscriminately at Gurpreet and Harpreet along with his associates. Talwandi Sabo DSP Jasmeet Singh reached the spot and marked a probe.
