Unidentified Man hit by train, dies

Bathinda: A man lost his life after being hit by a train on the Bathinda-Patiala railway line during the morning hours on Monday. The identity of the deceased could not be established. After an initial investigation, the Government Railway Police (GRP) sent the body for a post-mortem examination to a government hospital. According to information, the incident took place near the Deep Singh Nagar railway crossing. After being informed of the incident, members of a city-based NGO reached the spot and informed the GRP. 5 MBA students get jobs in HDFC

Bathinda: Five MBA students of Baba Farid College of Management and Technology (BFCMT) got recruited in HDFC AMC during a campus placement drive. The recruitment process included an online aptitude test followed by an interview. Kunjuna, Ravneet Kaur, Raghav Joshi, Rahul Bansal and Varun Singla of MBA semester IV were selected in the final round for the job profile of officer client services on a package of 3 lakh per annum.
