We have requested full security for the victim and his family. The administration stands firmly with the public,” said Anand, assuring justice and safety.

Sandeep Nagpal, the trader, said that after the firing, the bikers dropped a slip claiming to be members of the Bhanu gang and demanded Rs 1 crore as ransom. “We met the SP, who assured us of full security and safety,” he added. Meanwhile, the police protection has been provided to the trader.“Appropriate security has been given and an investigation is underway. We will ensure the safety and security of the traders,” said SP Punia.
