Knowledge is a powerful tool that has the potential to transform our lives. Education, like food, shelter, and water, is now considered a basic human need. It is a broad term because education can provide knowledge. Education’s primary goal is to equip individuals with the abilities they really ought to reside in a fulfilled life. And, in today’s fast-paced world, who doesn’t desire to be successful? Everyone seeks excellence, but not everyone is capable of achieving it because they are unsure of the path that must be taken to achieve it. To really be successful, one must make certain choices and fully comprehend what he or she desires to accomplish in order to attain the intended results. Education is more than just books, it teaches us about life, dignity, respect for others, fundamental human rights, and the concept of equality. Dhruv Kapoor, the recently appointed Member of the Telephone Advisory Committee, is one such example.

While sharing his opinion on how education plays a key role in the development of a country, Dhruv Kapoor said, “It has been demonstrated that a country’s development is primarily determined by its people and resources. However, it is ultimately up to the people to determine how efficiently they can use scarce resources in order to accomplish a swift growth rate and innovative solutions in innovation. People are responsible for shaping the country’s status, and education is accountable for shaping a person. As a result, education is the backbone of any country; it is critical in technological developments and imparts a variety of skills, values, and awareness. A higher literacy rate in a country leads to lower unemployment and higher GDP growth. Terrorism, discrimination, global warming, poverty, and gender inequality are all issues that countries face today. Proper education for all can address these issues at their root, resulting in a more prosperous nation with greater standards of living. Long-term benefits of education are greater; educated children today will establish a very socially advanced and ethical community tomorrow.”

When the Pandemic took over the world, he fought tooth and nail to provide basic necessities to many people in Delhi’s surrounding areas. When the government imposed a lockdown, Dhruv Kapoor raised public awareness about the COVID-19 Pandemic and how to avert becoming infected with Corona. Since schools were closed during the Pandemic and online education was implemented, many people were coming to grips with issues such as poor internet connections in remote areas, rural areas, and the country’s interior. Dhruv worked tirelessly to bring these issues to light, gain the attention of the government, and contribute to a resolution.

Only a few people in history have come close to embodying leadership principles and exhibiting the traits of a successful nation builder. Dhruv Kapoor now aims to bring about much-needed improvements in the sector as a member of the Telephone Advisory Committee, which reports to the Ministry of Communications.
