Nikhilesh Tiwari is a renowned entrepreneur in the Indian fintech industry. He is the Founder and CEO of the Fintech brand Spay India, a company he founded in late 2018 with a vision to help the misguided trade network of the fintech supply channel, which are retailers/merchants in common words.

He worked as a Sales Professional in a few of the biggest brands in the country in the first decade, such as MPAISA (By Vodafone) and Suvidha, where he was responsible for handling on-field sales and business. That was the role where he got connected with the retailers and the trade and understood the problem areas where the companies could work, which could have brought convenience to the trade. But as he was a mere employee, his ideas were not taken into much consideration, and Nikhilesh decided to implement those in his own firm.

Nikhilesh is a man of words and dedication. Being a first-time entrepreneur and starting a business from a previous middle management role, he was considered one of the biggest underdogs in the industry. He wasn’t taken seriously by the industry leaders as a competitor and was often given a setback by many corporate partners and banks for alliances and partnerships.

But, Nikhilesh knew where he entered and what he was doing. He kept his focus on the trade and dedicated himself to his merchants by solving their long-term problems and assisting them personally. As a result, his trade stood by him and started shifting their businesses with Nikhilesh.
