Meet Harpreet Singh: A Social Worker from Delhi winning the hearts of people

A social worker from Delhi, Harpreet Singh won the hearts of many with his acts of humanity towards those in need during the Coronavirus pandemic. Recognizing his interest in helping those in dire need, Harpreet Singh facilitated the honor of the development of those around him on himself. This young businessman holds the potential to make a difference and uplift people from the weaker sections of society.

For an individual to be successful, it is very important to have their heart in their business. Working for something that one feels passionate about aids in making the venture most prosperous. Harpreet distributes anti-bacterial wipes, hand sanitizers, and face masks.

Amid the deadly pandemic, Harpreet Singh has been doing all he can to help people, often going well beyond his capacity even. Proving to be a messiah for people, this social worker actively helped people with supplies of oxygen, gas, milk, masks, and sanitizers during the peak of Covid-19 in Delhi. With the help of the team of Sosiyc, he even donated milk and food to the needy people residing in Connaught Place locality of Delhi. Apart from this, Harpreet has been constantly working with various health workers and social activists in and around the city of Delhi to ensure a continuous supply of food and water to people.

To reach out to maximum people, he even organized Langars for the needy. For people who were migrating to their hometowns during the lockdown, Harpreet Singh and his team ensured the availability of ration kits and water, enough to keep them fed during their entire journey. During the Coronavirus lockdown situation in the city, Harpreet ensured that food supplies and water reached maximum people. He even partnered up with various local groups and made a list of households where daily wage workers resided, hence supplying them with health and food kits.

It was once quoted, “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” Harpreet Singh has marvellously proved the worth of this. The social worker took upon himself the responsibility of providing for the education of many children residing in the slum areas of the city of Delhi. He has been constantly working for his vision of providing education to the comparatively underprivileged sections of society.

Singh believes that imparting them education and knowledge will help them in a great way to expand their horizons and venture into a world that they haven’t even heard about. In the future, he aims at starting an awareness program for the less aware people. This campaign will not only enlighten the young generation but also help them secure a place for their children in government and village schools. With the hopes of shaping the future of many young individuals in the best way, Harpreet Singh intends to lead this world on a path that brings positive change.
