The issue size is 65,07,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of ₹ 133 - ₹ 140 Per Share.

Equity Share Allocation • Anchor Portion – Up To 18,52,000 Equity Shares • Qualified Institutional Buyer – Up To 12,35,000 Equity Shares • Non-Institutional Investors - Not less than 9,30,000 Equity Shares • Individual Investors - Not less than 21,64,000 Equity Shares • Market Maker - Up to 3,26,000 Equity Shares The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized towards Capital expenditure towards purchase of machinery and equipment, Repayment of a portion of certain outstanding borrowing availed by our company, Funding working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. The anchor portion will open on Wednesday, Sept 10, 2025 and issue will close on Monday, Sept 15, 2025.

The Book Running Lead Manager to the Issue is GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited, and the Registrar is KFIN Technologies Limited.
