A Bench led by CJI asked the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) to modify its suggestions and posted the matter for hearing after four weeks.

The direction came after amicus curiae Siddhath Luthra told the Bench that 11 high courts had not replied to the NALSA report on pre-litigation mediation for cheque bouncing cases. — TNS
