New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday upheld the constitutional validity of Section 171 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, which mandates that whatever the companies save in tax they must reduce in price. PTI

New Delhi: Korean electronics major Samsung, which has started shipping made-in-India premium smartphone Galaxy S24, has decided to manufacture laptops at its Noida factory this year, an official said.
