PM Modi asks fintech firms to focus on security
New Delhi, December 3
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday called on the burgeoning fintech sector to ensure that they retain the trust reposed by people in taking to digital payments in a large manner.
“Achieving this huge scale means that people from all walks of life have shown immense trust by accepting digital payments and technologies. Trust is a responsibility that you have, and you need to ensure that the interests of the people are secured,” he said while inaugurating the InFinity Forum organised by the International Financial Services Centres Authority and Bloomberg. — TNS
