Gold glitters at Rs 51,443

Gold prices went past Rs 51,000-mark in the national capital, rising by Rs 502 on Thursday on strong international prices, according to HDFC Securities. It rose by Rs 502 to Rs 51,443 per 10 gram from Rs 50,941 per 10 gram in the previous trade. PTI

Wipro buys 4C for Rs 589 cr
IT major Wipro on Thursday said it will acquire 4C, one of the largest Salesforce partners in the UK, Europe and the Middle-East, for 68 million euros (about Rs 589 crore). With over 350 employees,it has a Salesforce practice in the UK, France, Benelux, the Nordics and United Arab Emirates regions. PTI
