Shares of LIC on Tuesday declined over 3% after the company posted a 17% decline in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended in March 2022. The stock declined 3.05% to settle at Rs 811.50 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. At the NSE, it fell by 3.21% to end at Rs 810.85.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
