This initiative is organised under the stellar leadership of Smt. Charuben Mehta, Permanent Founder Trustee for Life and Chairperson of the esteemed Board of Trustees. The camp will be inaugurated by her eldest son, Shri Rajiv Mehta, Permanent Trustee, Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, who carries forward the enduring legacy of his parents, Founder Permanent Trustees Late Shri Kishorbhai Mehta and Smt. Charuben Mehta.

Rajiv Mehta said: “The heart is the rhythm of life — it beats even before we are born and carries us till our last breath. On this World Heart Day, we invite people to pause, listen to their hearts, and care for the pulse that sustains their dreams. At Lilavati, our mission is simple — healing with humanity, where prevention becomes the first medicine.” Mumbai’s premier 323-bedded multi-speciality hospital, Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre continues to live by its motto: “More than healthcare, human care.” Established in 1978 by the Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust, the hospital has grown into one of India’s most respected healthcare institutions, blending advanced medical expertise with a compassionate ethos of service.
