The meeting took place in Patna yesterday. In the meeting for the establishment of Gau Seva Aayog in Bihar, Narendra Kumar represented the Rashtriya Gau Sevak Sangh, where he submitted a proposal to establish a Cow Protection Commission (Gau Seva Aayog), focused on cow protection, care, and genetic enhancement of Indian cow breeds.

This initiative appears to be inspired by gau-centric models in states such as Uttar Pradesh, which have successfully implemented cattle welfare commissions, benefiting more than 1.5 lakh animals.
