Work is in progress at a fast pace at the Atulyam-The Bliss in Sector 88, Mohali. This RERA-approved project that was launched in April 2024 will have 250 apartments in all. The area of 3 BHK apartments is 3,800 sq ft, and the 4 BHK apartments are of 4,600 sq ft. The project will have 22 floors. The total area of the project is 6.12 acres. The cost of the units is Rs 4 cr onwards at Rs 11,600 per sq ft. The estimated time of delivery is by the last quarter of 2026.
El Spazia on PR-7 road
El Spazia project, PR-7, Airport road Zirakpur, has ready-to-move-in inventory of over 50 units. This RERA-approved project was launched in November 2019. It has 252 three and four BHK apartments with an area of 1,638 and 2,284 sq.ft., respectively. The project spread over 4.25 acres, has 14 floors. The cost of housing units at present is from Rs 1.35 crore onwards at Rs 8,100-8,200 per sq ft.
Trishla City in Zirakpur
Trishla City, High Ground Road, Zirakpur, has ready-to-move-in inventory of 40 flats. The project was launched in 2021 and the possession was handed over in 2022. Spread over an area of 16 acres, the project has 910 three and four BHK apartments in all. The three BHK flats are of 1,550 to 2,100 sq ft area. Four BHK apartments are sized between 2,300 and 2,750 sq ft. The price is between Rs 1.5 crore and 4.95 crore at Rs 8,000 and 9,000 per sq ft .
