Sidhi Marwadi Expands Nationwide: Kaushalya Chaudhary’s Clean-Food Brand Blends Tradition with Growth
New Delhi, [Date] – Clean-food brand from Rajasthan Sidhi Marwadi, founded by entrepreneur Kaushalya Chaudhary, continues to strengthen its national footprint with 20 outlets now operational across India and 25+ more expected to launch before Diwali 2025. The company has announced an ambitious roadmap to establish 100 outlets by FY 2025–26 through a franchise-led model.
From Village Kitchen to National Spotlight
Kaushalya Chaudhary began her journey in 2017 in Kuri village, Rajasthan, creating cooking videos with a basic ₹7,500 phone. Encouraged by her grandmother to use her native Marwadi dialect, her YouTube channel gained traction rapidly, crossing 1.6 million subscribers and building a strong community following.
Her culinary expertise and authentic style earned her a place among the Top 12 contestants in MasterChef India Season 8, further strengthening her reputation as a voice for Marwadi cuisine.
The Sidhi Marwadi Brand
Launched in 2024, Sidhi Marwadi specializes in preservative-free products such as hand-ground spices, cold-pressed oils, and traditional Rajasthani staples. The brand quickly gained momentum, with early product batches selling out within days and customer demand spreading beyond India to global markets.
Milestones and Expansion
• 20 outlets operational across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and other states.
• 25+ outlets in the pipeline, to be launched before Diwali 2025.
• Target of 100 outlets by FY 2025–26, with a women-centric franchise model.
Women Empowerment Model
Sidhi Marwadi’s growth story is intertwined with its social mission. More than 35 rural women are already associated with the brand’s operations, from product preparation to packaging, allowing them to earn a sustainable income while remaining within their communities.
“Sidhi Marwadi is not just about products; it is about creating livelihoods and preserving our heritage. Each outlet is an opportunity for women to gain financial independence,” Chaudhary said.
Market Outlook
India’s clean-food sector is experiencing rapid expansion, with rising consumer demand for natural, preservative-free, and culturally rooted products. Analysts note that regional brands like Sidhi Marwadi are carving a niche by combining authenticity with scale.
Chaudhary’s brand philosophy—“I only sell what I use at home”—continues to resonate with consumers and build long-term trust.
Vision Ahead
With its strong digital presence and cultural positioning, Sidhi Marwadi aims to extend beyond the domestic market to global Indian communities. By FY 2025–26, the company plans not only to cross 100 outlets but also to become a benchmark for women-led entrepreneurship in the clean-food industry.
“Our traditions have immense value. With honesty and innovation, we can take Marwadi culture from Rajasthan to households across the world,” Chaudhary said.
