SPJIMR Opens Admissions for its Career Transforming 18-Month PGPM

Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), recognised as India's #1 B-school by the Financial Times Master in Management Ranking 2024, has opened applications for the 2026 cohort (Batch 22) of its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM), one of its oldest programmes.
The 18-month, AICTE-approved PGPM is designed for working professionals with at least three years of full-time work experience and strong domain knowledge, seeking to transition into general management roles. The programme also features RESTART—a dedicated initiative supporting women looking to return to the workforce after a career break.
Accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), UK, the PGPM is noted for its innovative pedagogy, combining classroom learning with non-classroom initiatives focused on design thinking, a growth mindset, and real-world application. It also includes international immersion and exchange programmes with globally reputed B-schools, including INSEAD (France) and Cornell University (USA), among others.
With a focus on General Management, PGPM offers majors in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Information Management and Analytics, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management. Graduates from the Class of 2023 reported significant career progression, with an average CTC of INR 23.88 LPA, the highest CTC at INR 52 LPA, and an average salary hike of 104%.

Eligibility criteria • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognised university.
• A minimum of three years of full-time work experience at the time of programme commencement.
• Women applying under the RESTART Initiative must have at least two years of career break and three years of prior full-time work experience.
• Applicants must submit a valid GMAT or CAT score; GMAT scores will be accepted until September 30, 2025.
