The Realtor’s Conclave at HOMETHON 2025 Witnessed an Overwhelming Response of Over 2,500 Channel Partners

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 29: The fourth edition of HOMETHON organised the Realtor’s Conclave, in which eminent industry leaders participated to deliberate on the future of the sector. The Realtor’s Conclave witnessed the participation of over 2500 channel partners, creating an unparalleled platform for discussion, showcasing projects, driving sales, and connecting with lakhs of homebuyers across the state. HOMETHON 2025, on its second day of the expo, witnessed growing footfalls of homebuyers. The Realtor’s Conclave estimated that the housing stock currently available in the Mumbai Metropolitan Market and in other regions of the State is rapidly getting sold due to an increasing demand from the homebuyers, mainly due to a developer–channel partner eco-system created with an objective to push the sales and marketing endeavours in real time. The developers who participated in this fourth edition of HOMETHON 2025 are expected to get an added advantage of increasing sales opportunities due to direct exposure and ties with the channel partners.

The Realtor’s Conclave deliberated on the changing landscape of the real estate sector, opportunities due to the adoption of digital and technological interventions and the changing behavior of homebuyers. The Conclave also estimated that Mumbai is rapidly cementing its position as India’s most lucrative destination for real estate growth, with the city projected to account for nearly 40% of the 10 lakh real estate financing accounts by 2030.

Analysing how the market of MMR is undergoing a change in terms of housing sales with new-age solutions, Mr Vikas Jain, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen and CEO of Labdhi Lifestyle, said, “There is a shift in the way homes are sold through technology interventions, and the channel partners’ contribution is significant.” He further pressed on the need to educate the channel partners to get acquainted with new digital technologies.

Evaluating how the real estate sector is thriving, Mr Kamlesh Thakur, Vice President of NAREDCO Maharashtra, said, “The real estate industry is re-booting and exploring new–normal opportunities.” Mr Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO, Xanadu Group and IC Member Tomorrow Capital, in a Fire Side Chat with Mr Anirudh Khandelwal, Managing Director of Khandelwal Groupe, called for the need to take the projects to the customer’s doorstep through technology and digital to solve the real problems in housing.
