The 12th edition of Machma Expo 2025, a machine tools and automation technology exhibition, concluded at the Parade Ground, Sector 17, on Monday, recording an overwhelming response from industry professionals and visitors from neighbouring states.

Speaking on the occasion, Karamjit said, “Being centrally located for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana, Chandigarh proved to be an ideal venue for this expo. Major industries participated and came together on one platform, making the event highly beneficial for the mechanical and associated industries. This edition concluded on a very successful note. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all exhibitors, visitors, and members of the media for their support.”

The 2025 edition also brought industry and academia together to promote Make in India, advanced technological development, and research transfer. The DST Technology Enabling Centre, Panjab University, represented IITs, CSIR labs, technical universities, and other premier institutions, further strengthening the innovation–industry ecosystem.
