A 22-year-old youth reportedly hanged himself at the City Park in Sector 68 here today.

The police said Ankit, a native of Bihar, killed himself due to financial distress. He was employed with a private establishment.
The victim was one of the five siblings in the family. The police said there were some family issues, which drove the youth to suicide. Passersby noticed the body hanging in the park and informed the police.

A police team reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of the Phase-6 Civil Hospital.
