Mohali: Twenty-three new cases of Covid-19 surfaced in the district during the past 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 19,839. Besides, 30 more patients were cured of the disease. No fresh fatality due to the virus was reported from the district till Wednesday evening. Among the fresh cases, 18 came from Mohali (urban) while two cases surfaced in Kharar and three were reported from Dera Bassi. So far, 19,099 patients have been cured in the district. There are 360 active cases with 380 deaths. TNS
