Chandigarh: Skaters from Guru Global School won a rich haul of medals in the 58th National Roller Skating Championship held here. Nanki, Shivin Goyal, Inderdeep, Panav Mahajan and Divleen Kaur from Gurukul Global School won medals in various categories. The championship was organised by Roller Skating Federation of India. Ryan Academy skaters also shone in the competition. They finished on podium in the inline and quad competitions. The girls’ senior team from Ryan Academy created history by winning a gold medal in the quad event. Meanwhile, Chandigarh boys’ sub-junior team won gold medal in the roller hockey event.
