Three minor girls went missing from the city today. One of the girls later returned home.

A nine-year-old girl went missing from Dhanas following which her parents informed the police and a case of kidnapping was registered at the Sarangpur police station. Later, the girl returned home. The investigation revealed that she was scolded by her mother following which she left home. Later, she returned in the night as she was scared of the dark.

Meanwhile, a 15-year-old girl, a student of Class IX,went missing from Maloya on Tuesday night following which a case of kidnapping was registered. Another 11-year-old girl went missing from Mauli Jagran. Her family members have a suspicion that she has been kidnapped following which a case has been registered at the Mauli Jagran police station.

The police said that efforts were being made to locate the missing girls. — TNS
