The child’s family initially claimed that he was bitten by a dog when seeking medical treatment.

His father, Raja Ram, confirmed the disturbing details, adding that the accused, including a man who has been identified as Govinda, are involved in drug trafficking.

The family has faced further threats, with the accused allegedly beating the mother up and threatening her with dire consequences if they pursued legal action.

A police official said, “A complaint has been registered and the child will undergo a medical examination. A case will be filed after the investigation is completed.”

The authorities said they will take action against the suspects after the medical report is received.
