Complaints were filed by three injured students from different groups.

The clashes broke out around 11 pm, hours after PUCSC poll results were declared. Initial findings suggest that members of the University Student Organisation (USO) and Student Federation of India (SFI) came to blows after evening classes. USO supporters allegedly damaged vehicles of Sath party members. The situation escalated when Sath and USO activists clashed.
