Address Samadhan Shivir plaints at earliest: Haryana Addl Chief Secy

Haryana’s Additional Chief Secretary for Social Justice and Empowerment, G Anupama, today reviewed complaints received at the Samadhan Shivirs through a video conference held from Chandigarh with all District Deputy Commissioners. She directed officials to ensure that grievances are resolved at the earliest.

She stated that the purpose of the Samadhan Shivir is to provide citizens with a single platform for resolving issues related to various departments, so that they do not have to visit multiple offices for the redressal of their concerns. During the meeting, G. Anupama reviewed district-wise grievances and instructed officials to ensure their resolution within a fixed timeframe.

Following this, DC Satpal Sharma held a meeting with officers from various departments at the Mini Secretariat. He reviewed the pending complaints received through the Samadhan Shivir, CPGRAMS, Jansamvad, CM Window, and SMGT, and directed the officials to ensure their prompt disposal.
